ABOUT RADAR FILM
Video Production – Why Use Radar?
When you hire us, the first thing we’ll do is thoroughly understand – and even challenge – your ideas about what you want. It can be hard to see yourself from the opposite side of the customer/company relationship, and it’s a priority for us to get to the core of your project and understand it’s purpose. There’s a lot more to film making than using a camera.
Drop us a line when your’e ready to talk about your project and we’ll see if we can help.
If your’e interested in our kit and equipment, read on…
On the ground we have a full arsenal of pro video kit – we shoot on the Sony FS5M2, paired with a Atomos recorder to capture the RAW output of the camera. We also use the Sony A7Sii, and a DJI Ronin MX for when a gimbal is needed.
We’ve worked all over the UK and as far afield as Portugal, shooting, editing and flying for video production jobs. The word passion is over used, so I’ll describe our work as borderline obsessional, with a focus on the conceptual approach to your vision.
Radar Film is run by Chris. Chris is a 37 year old creative from Yorkshire with a background mainly in music production. He made the transition to full time film maker after finding a real affinity with the intense creative process around film making. He is equipped with a range of unusual skills such as advanced cognitive interviewing and has a long history of work in community engagement. He is well equipped to listen in depth and understand who you are and what you want to say about yourself
